poster or art print you are looking for it is possible we already carry it, but
do not have it listed yet. Please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will
check our growing product list. We will respond quickly to let you know if we

What is your return policy?
Answer: 100% refund or exchange if authorization given by LocateArt.com,
and authorization is obtained within 5 days of your receipt. Shipping and
handing to be refunded if return is due to LocateArt.com's error only.
Return authorizations
are only obtained by e-mailing to
contact@locateart.com and providing details of why an order needs to be
returned. A return authorization number will be issued in a reply e-mail with
return shipping instructions.
What is your shipping policy?
Answer: We use competitive shipping carriers to
provide the lowest cost to our customers. In general all ground deliveries of
posters and prints are shipped via US Postal Service while framed items, 2nd day
delivery, and overnight deliveries are shipped via Federal Express. We may
change to other shipping carriers when needed at our discretion to continue to
provide a reliable low cost delivery solution.

How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: Depending on the combination of items you
order, the order processing time will vary. Because we want to maintain
competitive shipping rates, we ship all similar items in one shipment.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may
hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives
in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
When a print or poster is purchased along with a custom framed item the print or
poster usually is shipped separate since the custom framing process takes
longer.
Processing time of prints and posters is usually 3 to 5 business days.
Processing time for custom framed items is usually 14 business days.
The time a purchased item takes to arrive at your destination is the processing
time plus the delivery time listed in the tables above. Please keep in mind that
all custom framed items are built to order. We strive to reduce processing time
to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Answer: At this time we are only accepting orders within the United
States of America. We are working on a solution to provide delivery to countries
outside the United States of America at a future date.
